a taxi driving north on st-laurent blvd, at around 6:30pm, december 4, 2005. It was snowing a little.

it's snowed already this fall/winter, but i'd say this was the first good, all day, snow "storm" -- though it was pertty tame. this is the sound of cars and trucks along driving in the evening (its dark, around 5:30 pm) on St-Denis and Ave des Pins. There's one little clip of overheard conversation (an asian woman and her daughter), and a few horns, but other than that it's pretty atmospheric. if you're from a snowy city living in the south somewhere, this'll bring you back home.
